Offering 3 bedrooms, and exceptionally
spacious accommodation, the villa has been carefully designed to
maximise the sea views from all levels. The outdoor areas at Porto
are arranged over different levels, providing guests a choice of
different spaces in which to swim, sunbathe, or just to relax and
drink in the amazing views. Being west facing, the villa generally
benefits from all day sun.
Careful thought has been put into every piece selected for the
villa, including many unique custom designs, and a relaxing, rustic
colour palette has been used throughout, along with tasteful art
pieces. Mature gardens & stone walls surround the property,
helping to give the villa high levels of privacy. Villa Porto is
located next to the prestigious Villa Mahal hotel/beach in
Kisla, just a 15 minute walk to the Old Town/Town
centre.
(NB - the private beach platform is shared with the two
identical neighbouring villas but there are 3 different sections on
the platform and each section has 6 sun loungers for each
property.)
The accommodation in detail:
First floor level - the villa is entered at the back of the
property .This floor offers 100 m2 space in total, and features two
unusually large master bedrooms, both of which have en-suite wet
rooms, and an indoor jacuzzi. These bedrooms have king size beds
and share a private roof terrace with open sea views. The terrace
is furnished with a comfortable seating set, and a rattan 'egg'
chair.
Stairs lead down from this level to the ground floor
accommodation
Ground floor level floor - hallway, leading to:
Third bedroom - 22m2. This room is again very spacious, and
arranged as a double or twin room, with both a double bed and one
single bed, wardrobe, large vanity unit, and and ensuite shower
room
Kitchen - fully fitted to self cater with oven, hob, microwave,
large fridge/freezer, & dishwasher, Kettle, toaster, espresso
coffee machine.
Lounge - the lounge has a comfortable L shaped sofa (seating 6),
coffee table, & rocking chair, plus a flat screen TV on
the wall facing the sofa. The courtyard garden is accessed from one
end of the lounge, at the other end, there are three sets of doors
leading out to the pool terrace
There is also a separate WC located on this level.
Outdoor spaces:
Courtyard garden - is located at the back of the ground floor
level, and features table and chairs.
Pool terrace area - there are two lovely shaded areas here
adjacent to the large infinity pool. The first is the dining
area which seats 8, and the other is a comfortable seating unit
with two arm chairs. The pool has rattan sunbeds arranged around
it, and a large cantilevered umbrella, plus a top of the
range BBQ. Steps to the side of the pool lead down to the
lower sunbathing level, again furnished with sunbeds.
Lower garden - lawned areas, with comfortable rattan seating set,
umbrella, two swing seats & bean bags.
Private beach
platform:
Steps lead down from the garden, across a track and then further
steps cut into the cliff side and shaded by olive trees lead down
to sunbathing platforms set into the rocks; at sea level a decked
platform is furnished with sun beds, sun shades and scatter
cushions and has steps into the sea.

"I visited Villa Porto in 2022; walking into the villa you can really see the thought that has gone into the design, with the quality of the furnishing married with the use of wood and natural stone really does accentuate the luxurious vibe. "The stone loggia perfectly frames the sea views from the lounge and kitchen together with providing a shaded area for relaxing and dining. Step outside and you really will appreciate the expansive tier terraces, furnished with sunloungers, day beds and comfy seating. "Villa Porto is ideal for sea lovers as it is one of only a handful of Kalkan villas that benefits from it's very own furnished bathing platform with direct sea access or, for those who prefer to be waited on, they can head to the Hotel Villa Mahal beach club, just short walk away." |

Accommodation Only Bookings
Villa Porto can be booked on an accommodation only basis and The Turquoise Collection Ltd will be the agent to facilitate your booking with the property owner. Please refer to the Owner’s Booking Terms and Conditions. A 20% reservation deposit secures your booking. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to your holiday accommodation or any item in it or on its grounds caused by a member of your party up to a maximum limit of £500. The final balance is due 12 weeks before your date of check in.
Holiday Package Bookings
If you would prefer to book a ‘holiday package’ which would include Villa Porto and return flights from the UK, please contact us for more details, the total price and the deposit due to secure your booking. If you choose to book Villa Porto as part of a ‘holiday package’ please refer to the Booking Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £49 will be payable with the final balance. The Accidental Damage Waiver covers any accidental damage to the booked holiday accommodation, furnishings and equipment caused by a member of your party detailed on the booking confirmation up to a maximum of £500.
